The logistic developer Logistics Capital Partners (LCP) has opened an office in Eindhoven to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands. Justin van Esch joins them as an Asset & Development Director, working from the Dutch office.
LCP is a pan-European company in the field of Project Development and Management Services for Logistics Real Estate in Europe.
Van Esch holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Structures Engineering) from the Technical University of Delft. After obtaining his degree, Justin van Esch worked for more than nine years at the engineering company Royal Haskoning DHV. There, he was active in the field of Project Management and Consultancy, as well as well-kept technical due diligence in various projects.
Between 2012 and 2016, Justin worked at Goodman where he was responsible for the Dutch portfolio (400,000 sqm) for which he provided his skills as asset and property management. He is also brought his contribution to different development and renovation projects in the Netherlands.
