LOGISTICS CAPITAL PARTNERS Signs Pre Let Lease with AMP VISUAL TV, at Avenue Louis Roche, in Gennevilliers (92), Paris.
After acquiring the brownfield site in Gennevilliers last June, and before completing the refurbishment works, LOGISTICS CAPITAL PARTNERS (LCP) is pleased to announce the pre-leasing of 50% of the multi level project, with the arrival of the French leader in technical services for television recording and broadcasting, AMP VISUAL TV.
The European logistics developer LOGISTICS CAPITAL PARTNERS (LCP) and AMP VISUAL TV have signed a lease for 11,174 sqm of the new multi-level urban project. 8,200 sq m now remains available for further leasing discussions.
The redevelopment of the site only started in September 2022 and delivery of the areas leased to AMP VISUAL TV will take place in mid-May 2023 while the rest of the building will be delivered at the end of June 2023. Once renovated, the building will offer 17,000 sqm of industrial, production and office space. The building will be certified BREEAM Very Good.
