LCP breaks ground with its new development project in the Netherlands, Campus A58

Roosendaal, 18th January 2021

Logistics Capital Partners has started the construction of its new project Campus A58 in the Netherlands.

LCP is developing a 129,000 sqm XXL logistics campus that is perfectly situated at the heart of Europe. Located in Roosendaal, right across the border with the Netherlands and strategically placed between the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam, Campus A58 is perfect for distribution to the Benelux.

Following an appeal procedure, all submitted objections were rejected by the competent authorities and the previously issued environmental permit was confirmed in LCP’s favour.

The first phase of the project (Phase 1), which oversees the speculative development of an approximately 50,000 m² warehouse, will be completed by Q3 2021. The warehouse has a flexible design, which allows for several smaller units (starting at 10,000 m²) depending on customers’ needs. Moreover, offices and mezzanines can be adapted to client’s specifications.

The construction of the project is provided by Bouwbedrijf Vrolijk BV. For leasing of Campus A58, LCP is advised by the logistics teams of JLL and Bridgegap.
