Logistics Capital Partners (“LCP”) Discreetly Secures A Rare Parisian Site for Strategic Last Mile Urban Logistics in Gennevilliers.
LCP will Develop A New Multilevel Urban Logistics Project totalling 17,000 sq m / 183,000 sq ft
The acquisition is a brownfield site, located on Avenue Louis Roche, and was acquired off market from an occupier. With its proximity to Paris (3 km from Porte de Clignancourt, Paris’s ring road) and its direct access to the A86, the site is strategically located for urban logistics and light industrial activities. LCP will re-develop the site which will be delivered in Q2 2023. The redeveloped warehouse will offer 17,000 sqm and will be certified BREEAM Very Good.
“Good logistics land in Europe, and more particularly in the Ile-de-France area, is tightly constrained. With this acquisition LCP can offer modern last mile logistics in an exceptionally prime location to future occupiers, serving core central Paris markets. This acquisition demonstrates LCPs creativity in finding site solutions, matching the continued demand from a strong occupier market, and continued value creation through development for its partners”, James Markby, Managing Partner.
