Logistics Capital Partners (“LCP”), a pan-European Developer and Asset Manager, announces their 1st site acquisition in Belgium, in Nivelles, South of Brussels.
The site of 6ha is located in the industrial & logistics zone Nivelles-Sud, near the ring, with direct access to the E19 towards Brussels and the E42, the connecting motorway between France and Germany.
LCP will have the ability to develop a 32,000 sqm grade A Logistics facility.
Kim Cornille, Asset & Development Director Belgium, sees a great potential in Nivelles, “Strategically located near Brussels, and with direct motorway connection into France and Germany, makes Nivelles an excellent location for distribution operations serving the consumer markets of Belgium, France and Germany.”

We see in particular the attractiveness of the Walloon area growing and are very pleased to have acquired this unique position in Nivelles.”
The region in and around Nivelles hosts already important distribution centers of the pharma & healthcare industry and consumer distribution chains, and major transport hubs for last mile deliveries.
The acquisition of the land in Belgium demonstrates LCP’s efforts to further extend their pan- European capability to offer cross-border solutions. In addition to the newly acquired 6ha in Belgium, LCP owns currently several XXL-plots in Italy, Spain, France and The Netherlands, totaling more than 100ha.
