Issam Baakrime

Issam joined the Paris office of LCP as an analyst in April 2022. Previously, he worked for 3 years at Perial, a French Real Estate Asset Manager, as an Investment Analyst.

He was involved in circa € 3bn of acquisitions, participating in the sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring of due diligence. He worked on investment opportunities located mainly in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain, spanning a broad range of asset classes.

Issam holds a MSc in Corporate Finance from IESEG School of Management and has passed level 1 of the CFA program.

Issam is based in the French office.
