Justin van Esch

Justin is working at LCP as Asset & Development Director, responsible for the activities in the Netherlands. Joining LCP in 2016, he managed the handover and completion of DC Primark in Roosendaal (56,000 sq.m.), shortly followed by leading the planning, engineering, tendering and construction of the highly automated 2nd Phase (30,000 sq.m.), which was prepared in close consultation with the client and which was successfully handed over in 2019. During the full period of LCP involvement he also provided asset & property management services for the landlord Dietz.

In a period from 2017 to 2022 he further managed the development of Campus A58 (115,000 sq.m. in full) on a brownfield location, successfully closing a Lease with a large international retailer for the full project. With the 1st Phase of 48.000 sq.m. completed and taken into use in 2021, now a 2nd and 3d Phase are under construction and are to be handed over Q1-2023.

Before LCP, he was working at Goodman from 2012 to 2016 and responsible for the logistics portfolio in the Netherlands (400,000 sq.m.) providing asset & property management services. In this role, he was also closely involved in various logistics development and major refurbishment projects.

Before 2012, Justin has worked over 9 years at Royal Haskoning, offering project management & consultancy services, as well as technical due diligence in a wide variety of projects.

He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (TU Delft).
