Marco Galbusera

Marco joined ELCP, the JV in place in Spain and Portugal between LCP and Eurofund, as Managing Director in 08/03/2021.

Marco has 26 years of professional experience of which the last 18, in the logistic sector.

From 2003 to 2011, he held several senior management positions in TNT Logistics and then CEVA Logistics including, Head of Technical services and Procurement for Italy and Head of Real Estate for Southern Europe, The Middle East and The African Region.

During this period, he followed the development of more than 500.000 sqm of new Build to Suite projects in Italy, Spain and Dubai.

In 2012, he moved to Spain as Managing Director of CEVA Logistics for Spain and Portugal. He successfully led the Company with more than 1.200 employees and 200 M€ of annual revenue for the following 7 years up to end of 2018.

Between 2019 and 2020, he took a global position in CEVA, assuming the role of Global Head of Real Estate. He managed a portfolio of around 750 logistic facilities in 60 countries across the globe for almost 6 M sqm of leased space.

He speaks Italian, Spanish and English and he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.
