Nick has worked in the UK construction and development markets for 12 years. He started his career on the Mace graduate scheme working on various London 2012 Olympic venues.
Following this, Nick worked for Sweett Group (now Currie & Brown) on a consultancy basis where in London and Cambridge in life sciences, residential and office sectors.
In recent years, Nick has worked in development starting with Wrenbridge, on industrial, retail and leisure developments and then part of the team who established the Associated British Port property development arm to drive value from the companies non port related land.
Nick has a Bsc in Building Surveying from University of Reading, is a chartered project manager with RICS and has recently completed LSE's course in Real Estate Economic and Finance.
