Steven Preedy

Steven has worked in the construction and development market for over 20 years.

He started his career on the graduate scheme at Project Management International (PMI) working on projects in various sectors including commercial office, public sector and leisure. He then worked for Cushman & Wakefield in their building consultancy team working on predominantly office refurbishment and fit-out projects for blue-chip corporate clients.

Steven also spent 3 years overseas working for a project management and development consultancy based in Sydney, Australia, working on both office and retail projects. Steven has spent the last 10 years working for developers on logistics and industrial projects at both Wrenbridge and Hines where he was responsible for the full life cycle delivery of projects.

Steven has a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management in Construction and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

Steven is based in the UK office.
