Since its foundation, ESG has been a cornerstone in the company’s strategy. In order to support its strong efforts with regards to sustainability, LCP has developed a Green Finance Framework in 2022. The objective of this framework is to align the financial strategy with the sustainability actions already undertaken by the Group.
The LCP Green Finance Framework is a reference framework with the aim to attract green financing to develop (logistics) real estate assets that contribute to a sustainable environment, society and community. The framework is consistent with the Green Bond Principles 2021 and Green Loan Principles 2021.
